August long weekend is also known as Heritage Day in Alberta. And being a company with deep roots across Alberta, we are proud of the diversity and cultural differences within our province and country.

Our extremely talented fabrication team designed, fabricated, painted, and installed a family of Bison to be included alongside Métis Crossing’s signage just outside of the property in Smoky Lake, AB.
Our Machitech machine was used to precisely cut the steel of the bison silhouettes and the result was beautiful!
Check out these photos of progress of the project.
As part of the Quanta Services family of companies, we are committed to giving back to our communities and contributing to our great nation’s growth and success.
Let’s reflect on what makes Canada so amazing this long weekend and wave our flags high!

On June 7th, A&B hosted our Annual Client Appreciation Golf Tournament, this year in support of Métis Crossing. It was a beautiful day on the greens and we would like to express our most sincere thanks to our clients, vendors, and sponsors for making it so memorable! With the support from all that attended, over $12,600.00 was raised, of which all funds will be directed toward Métis Crossing’s educational programs, workshops, and signature experiences. Learn more about Métis Crossing here. Thank you again!
Here’s to a safe, happy and memorable May long weekend!
This Sunday we celebrate the unconditional love and support that Mom’s give every day.
Happy Mother’s Day from all of us!
As the wildfires continue to burn and temperatures rise over the next few days, it may be a while before these are under control.
Our thoughts are with our many clients that have had their operations affected, to the numerous communities evacuated, and we send our appreciation to the many brave people fighting the fires daily.
CTV News Edmonton has compiled a list of links, click here and resources for Albertans to stay up to date on the wildfires across the province.
Today is Red Dress day, a National Day of Awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People. It is believed that by wearing red these spirits can be called back to their loved ones and laid to rest.
We join in honouring their memories and bringing awareness to the missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people across Canada.
